About Mr Bobby P. Luna
Mr Luna has over 17 years of family law experience. He has worked
for the Sacramento Superior Court, two law offices that specialized
in family law and also operated his own legal document preparation
business. In addition to his Law degree (graduating from the McGeorge
School of Law), Mr Luna has an Associates degree in Paralegal Studies;
a Bachelor of Science degree in Business; and a Master of Public
Policy & Administration.
Our Philosophy
Mr. Luna established his Northern
Californian law firm on the belief that smaller offices are better able to provide
the personalized attention that clients want and deserve. Now with an
office in both Sacramento and Stockton, Mr Luna is able to provide even more
personalized service to his clients.
Mr. Luna’s
practice is designed to accommodate a wide-range of financial situations
and his office provides the flexibility to accommodate those
clients wishing to be placed on a monthly payment plan. In
addition, Mr. Luna also provides “flat-fee” limited scope representation
to clients who don’t need an attorney to represent them for the entire
